User Management (Admin)

Manage all users across the platform.

Access

Global Admin > Users (/global-admin/users)

What You Can Do

  • View all users -- Searchable, paginated list
  • View user details -- Click into any user for their full profile
  • Impersonate -- Temporarily act as another user for troubleshooting
  • Filter -- Search by name, email, company, or role

User Impersonation

When you impersonate a user: - An impersonation banner appears at the top of the screen - You see the platform exactly as that user sees it - Click Exit Impersonation to return to your own account

Note: Impersonation is logged and should only be used for troubleshooting purposes.
