Search Agents

Set up automated searches that run on a schedule and notify you when new listings match your criteria.

Access

Dashboard > Search Agents (/search-agents)

Creating a Search Agent

  1. Click + New Search Agent
  2. Define your search criteria -- Use the same filters as the marketplace (origin, variety, score, price, etc.)
  3. Set the schedule -- How often the search should run
  4. Save -- Your agent is now active

What Happens

  • The search runs on your schedule
  • When new listings match your criteria, you receive a notification
  • The notification includes links to the matching listings

Managing Agents

  • View all your search agents
  • Edit criteria or schedule
  • Execute Now -- Run the search immediately
  • Delete -- Remove an agent you no longer need

  • "Notify me when new Ethiopian coffees with score 85+ are listed"
  • "Alert me when Geisha variety becomes available under $20/kg"
  • "Find me new organic lots from Colombia"
