Managing Producers

Producers represent the farms, cooperatives, or mills that grow and process your coffee.

Dashboard > Producers (/dashboard/producers)

What Is a Producer?

A producer profile captures: - Name -- Farm, cooperative, or mill name - Description -- Background information - Location -- Geographical location with country - Images -- Photos of the farm, processing facility, etc. - Certifications -- Organic, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, etc.

Creating a Producer

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Producers > Create
  2. Fill in the producer details
  3. Upload images (optional)
  4. Add certifications
  5. Save

Editing a Producer

From the producers list, click Edit on any producer to update their information.

Linking to Listings

When creating or editing a coffee listing, select a producer from the dropdown. The producer's information will be displayed on the public listing page.
