Company Verification

V-Hub has a company verification system to ensure trust on the marketplace. Verified companies get a verified badge and access to additional features.

Verification Statuses

Status	Badge	Meaning
Not Requested	None	You haven't started the verification process
Pending Review	Clock	Your request has been submitted and is being reviewed
Verified	Checkmark	Your company has been verified
Rejected	X	Your request was rejected. You can resubmit

Requesting Verification

Only users with ADMIN or GLOBAL_ADMIN role can request verification.

1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Company
2. Scroll to the Company Verification section
3. Fill in the phone number field
4. Answer the verification questions set by platform administrators
5. Click Request Verification

The verification questions are configured by platform admins and may include fields like: - Company registration number - Tax identification - Website - Other business-specific questions

Each question has a maximum character limit and some are required.

After Submission

• Your status changes to Pending Review
• Platform administrators review your application
• If approved, your status becomes Verified and you get a verified badge
• If rejected, you'll see a rejection note explaining why, and you can resubmit

Why Get Verified?

• Trust -- Buyers can see that your company has been verified
• Access -- Some features may require verified status
• Credibility -- Verified shops appear more trustworthy to buyers

For Buyers

Buyers can also get verified. The process is the same -- the verification questions may differ depending on your business type.
