Ordering Coffee
Purchase specialty green coffee directly through the V-Hub marketplace.
The Ordering Flow
1. Browse & Select
- Find coffee on the marketplace or a shop storefront
- Click into a listing detail page
- Review the coffee details, quality information, and pricing
2. Add to Cart
- Select the quantity you want to order
- Click Add to Cart
- The cart respects the seller's minimum order requirement
3. Review Cart
- Navigate to your Cart (/cart)
- Review items, quantities, and total price
- Update quantities or remove items
4. Checkout
- Click Checkout on a cart item
- Review order details
- Confirm and submit the order
5. Order Confirmation
- Your order enters the REQUEST state
- The seller receives a notification
- Track order status in your Orders page
Order States
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| REQUEST | Your purchase request has been sent to the seller |
| OFFER | Seller has responded with an offer |
| ACCEPTED | You have accepted the offer |
| COMPLETED | Order has been fulfilled |
| CANCELLED | Order was cancelled |
Viewing Your Orders
Dashboard > Orders (/orders) shows all your purchase orders with: - Order ID and date - Seller name - Items ordered - Total price - Current status badge
Click any order to view full details and take actions (accept offers, cancel, etc.).
Stripe Payments
V-Hub uses Stripe Checkout for payment processing. When you accept an offer, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page to complete payment.
