Creating Your Account

V-Hub is a company-first platform. Only companies can register -- there are no personal accounts.

Registration

Go to the registration page and fill in the form:

I am a...

Choose your role:

  • Buyer -- You are a coffee roaster or importer looking to purchase specialty green coffee
  • Seller -- You are a coffee exporter or producer looking to sell your coffee

Required Fields

Field Description
Email Your company email address. This becomes your username and cannot be changed later
Password Minimum 8 characters, must include at least one uppercase letter and one number
First Name Your given name (visible to other users)
Last Name Your family name (visible to other users)
Company Name Your company's legal name
Terms You must accept the Terms of Service and confirm you work for the company stated

Duplicate Company Check

When you enter a company name, V-Hub checks if a company with that name already exists. If it finds a match, you will see a warning:

There is an existing company with the same name. If one of those happens to be your company, please contact your company's administrator. The administrator has to invite you.

If this is your company, contact an existing administrator to send you an invitation. If it's a different company with a similar name, you can proceed -- but you will be creating a new company entity.

After Registration

After creating your account, you are taken to the Welcome page where you complete your onboarding:

  1. Complete Your Profile -- Add your name, position, language, timezone, date/time format preferences
  2. Complete Your Company Information -- Add business type, tax IDs (VAT, TIN, EORI), and company address
  3. Skip or Continue -- You can skip to the dashboard and complete these later, but an incomplete profile banner will remain visible until you do

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • A strength meter shows how strong your password is as you type

Login

Use your email and password to log in. If you forget your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a reset link
  4. Set a new password
