Company Settings

Manage your company's profile, locations, warehouses, and verification status.

Access

Dashboard > Settings > Company (/dashboard/settings/company)

What You Can Edit

  • Upload or remove your company logo

Company Information

  • Company Name
  • Business Type -- Producer, Exporter, Importer, Roaster, Trader, Broker, Service Provider, Other
  • Business Identifiers -- VAT, TIN, EORI numbers (add multiple)

Company Location

  • Country, Street, City, State, ZIP
  • Phone, Email, Website
  • Create, edit, or remove the company's primary location

Team Management

(ADMIN/MANAGER only) - View team members -- See all users in your company - Invite members -- Send invitations to join your company - Manage roles -- Assign roles to team members - Owner change requests -- Handle ownership transfers

Warehouses

(ADMIN/MANAGER only) - View your company's warehouses - Request a new warehouse -- Submit a warehouse request for admin approval - Request updates -- Request changes to existing warehouse data - Archive -- Archive warehouses you no longer use

Cupping Tags

  • View your company's cupping tags
  • Create new tags -- Generate QR codes for cupping evaluations
  • Download QR -- Download the QR code to print on sample packaging

Verification Status

  • View your current verification status
  • Request verification (if eligible)
