Creating & Managing Listings
Listings are the core of your marketplace presence -- each one represents a coffee lot available for sale.
Access
Dashboard > Listings (/dashboard/listings)
Listing States

Creating a Listing
Navigate to Dashboard > Listings > Create and fill in:
Basic Information
- Name -- Your listing title
- Description -- Detailed description of the coffee
Coffee Details
- Species -- Arabica or Robusta
- Varieties -- One or more coffee varieties
- Processing Method -- Washed, Natural, Honey, etc.
- Grade -- Classification grade
- Screen Size -- Bean size
- Cupping Score -- SCA score (0-100)
- Moisture -- Percentage
- Water Activity -- aw value
- Sensorial Descriptors -- Flavour tags
- Sensorial Description -- Free-text cupping notes
- Crop Year -- Harvest year
- Harvest Month
- Altitude
Origin & Producer
- Origin -- Select an existing origin or create a new one
- Producer -- Select or create a producer profile
- Location Type -- At Origin / At Company / In Warehouse
Commercial
- Price -- Price per unit
- Currency -- From your shop settings
- Price Base Unit -- kg, lb, etc.
- Bag Size and Unit
- Available Quantity -- Total bags and weight
- Minimum Order -- Smallest order accepted
- Packaging -- GrainPro, Jute, etc.
- Package Type
- Incoterm -- FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.
Media
- Images -- Upload product photos (one can be featured)
Publishing
- Publish State -- Save as draft or publish immediately
- Price Hidden -- Toggle to hide price (shows "on request")
Managing Listings
From the listings page you can: - Search and filter your listings - Edit any listing - Edit All -- Bulk-edit selected listings - Copy -- Duplicate a listing as a starting point - Delete -- Remove a listing - Change publish state -- Activate, deactivate, archive
Copying Listings
Use the Copy action to duplicate an existing listing. This is useful for: - New harvests of the same coffee - Similar lots with minor differences - Seasonal variations
